By accessing or using A4E Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services, listings, promotions, or subscription plans.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

A4E Marketplace provides a digital platform that allows buyers to discover AI and software products and allows sellers to promote, manage, and market their products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, A4E Marketplace is not the merchant of record for products sold on third-party seller websites.

Product availability, pricing, seller policies, warranties, and fulfillment obligations remain the responsibility of the relevant seller.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, inactive for security reasons, in breach of law, or in violation of these terms.

Sellers must ensure that all listings, claims, pricing details, intellectual property, screenshots, product assets, and promotional statements are lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

Sellers must maintain support channels for customers, honor their posted commercial terms, and comply with applicable consumer protection, tax, sanctions, data protection, and advertising laws.

Platform fees, subscription charges, listing fees, and promotional service charges are billed according to the plan, product, or service selected at the time of purchase. Charges may be processed by Razorpay or other authorized payment providers.

You authorize A4E Marketplace and its payment partners to collect applicable fees, taxes, and lawful charges arising from your use of the platform.

You may not use the platform to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or technically disruptive content, including malware, unauthorized tracking scripts, fake testimonials, or misleading pricing representations.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts that create legal, operational, or reputational risk.

A4E Marketplace and its underlying software, branding, text, layout, and platform features remain our property or the property of our licensors. Users retain ownership of materials they lawfully submit, but grant us a limited license to host, display, review, index, and promote that content for platform operation and marketing.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

A4E Marketplace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party seller conduct, third-party websites, service interruptions, or payment network failures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time where necessary to protect users, enforce platform standards, comply with law, or address security or payment risks.
